Angelina Jolie has ‘Mommy Tuck’? Ridiculous.
You know, some mornings I don’t know why I routinely check MSNBC’s website. Sure, their news coverage is wonderful. Their gossip coverage, however, leaves much to be desired. Take the story that they put up on Wednesday. I’ve been debating about whether or not to talk about it but I’ve decided that since the evidence is irrefutable, I’m going to bring it up.
The story that MSNBC took from Star (that should’ve told me something right there) is that Angelina Jolie had a “mommy tuck” - a tummy tuck that is designed for new moms to help them get back to their pre-pregnancy shape.
“She doesn’t like to talk about it or admit it, but Angie told some friends that she had a ‘mommy tuck,’ ” says a family insider. “She likes the way that sounds better than tummy tuck.”
I love these “family insider” conversations that the magazine has with…itself. I’d love to hear who they say they have an in insider. Seriously - someone from Star, feel free to call me and give me more info, okay? Thanks!
Anyway, let’s look at the evidence.
Below are two photos. The one on the left is from the Ocean’s 13 premiere when Angelina was dressed in one of my favorite (and most form-fitting) dresses. Next to it is a photo from The Changeling premiere. Take a look.
You can clearly see by looking at the photos that Angelina hasn’t dropped all the weight yet! She clearly has a well-defined and deservedly-earned little bump in the tummy area. Her upper arms are also a bit thicker as well. Clearly Angelina hasn’t dropped all the weight yet, and why should she be pressured to? The woman is gorgeous no matter what size she is, and as long as she’s feeling healthy and enjoying life, who are we to judge?
I guess my only problem is that I let the tabloids get to me too much. I mean, in this case there is CLEARLY no evidence that Angelina has had a tummy-tuck, and yet the tabloids, and even some reputable news companies, are continuing with their gossip anyway. The article even hints that Angelina may have had her lips done while she was resting after the birth of the twins. That, my friends, is absolutely ridiculous.
Okay - rant over. Let’s move onto something more positive..like the Giveaway! Have you forgotten about it? Monday morning I will not only announce what the prizes are, I will open the contest! Randi I see this weight issue annoys you as much as me!! It’s amazing what lengths the tabloids go to for sales… I too think she is stunning after such a short time after birth, quite frankly she’s lucky she’s managed so well, I certainly did’nt get it right until two years later!!
I see my previous message did not go through, just wanted to say thanks to you for all the beautiful pics coming through. I think I,m going to have to try and find out who Brad’s stylist is and have words about his hats… haha

a article on forbes and lainey gossip said what with financal crisis, people have less money to waste on lame magazines like star, so the tabliods have to make up more outlandish lies to make people part with their money for a rag, which is why the tabliod magazine industry will target angelina more from now on. we as fans must remember to laugh at the magazines stupid stories, safe in the knowledge they are only ragging on angelina because they are trying desperately not to go out of business. rant over, sorry!!! (i really hate STAR, IN TOUCH etc)

I really think she looks even better like she is now, with a little more weight. I hope she stays like this. She is gorgeous.

The only thing i see different is her hair color!
It is much darker in her recent outing.But still beautiful..Wow..this woman is amazing!

Another ridiculous attempt to annoy us. Angelina is so perfect that people are so interested in spotting her flaws. Just wish they would stop already.

This story is totally ridiculous and untrue. She has told herself that she has been losing that extra baby weight by breastfeeding and running after the four older children. Those tabloids write another nasty story after the other just to sell themselves. If she knew about these ridiculous lies she would probably just laugh with Brad. They know the truth and the tabs just make allegations. She is truly a beautiful woman and it isn´t anybody else´s business but hers how she has lost the baby weight!

As usual, there will be stories like this. It would have been funny had it not been so annoying. Pregnant or not, with extra bulges or not, this woman is beautiful, and she is more so because what makes her truly beautiful is not her just her outside appearance, but her whole self.
