Arguably my new favorite pic of Brad and Pax…

Apparently the paparazzi couldn’t leave Brad and Angie alone last weekend - fortunately, however, it looks like they used a very long lens, so the familyw as able to enjoy their vacation a bit. I love these photos! There are plenty of parents who don’t take the time to play with their kids, but Brad and Angie really look like they’re having a blast! Thank you so much Brian for pointing these pics out!

It also looks like Brad and Angie went on what the tabloids are calling a “double date” last night with Clint Eastwood and his lovely wife Dina Ruiz. Can you imagine the star power that was in that restaurant?! Oh my gosh! The photos from last night, however, are priceless…

That scarf looks familiar…and once again it looks like Angie is hiding something…hmmm…

Is it just me, or is Brad getting more and more ticked at the Paparazzi?

They have the exact same look - too cute!!

Apparently, after Angie jetted off last night, Brad took Zahara to the Grove, where they looked like they did some shopping at the Gap. I LOVE Zahara’s pinkish/purplish jacket! It’s adorable!! I’ll try to track down who sells it - if you know, contact me please! Anyway, Brad apparently wasn’t too happy to see the paparazzi (who can blame him?) and Zahara just took it in her stride. Brad looks exhausted. I’m sure he’s thinking and worrying about Angie, who landed in London not too long ago.

If I get more pics (especially ones without a logo on them), I’ll have them up ASAP - until then, enjoy these!

Zahara Jolie-Pitt, commonly called Princess Z, turns three today! Sweet Princess Z is definitely the Jolie-Pitt with the most attitude. She looks to have a very strong personality to go along with her beautiful features. She was adopted by Angie and Brad when she was six months old. Zahara was born in Ethiopia and was adopted by Brad and Angie when she was six months old. Recently a woman has come forward and has claimed she is Zahara’s mother, and that she is proud that Zahara is being raised by such wonderful parents.

I would have to agree.

Sorry I disappeared for a few days! Christmas comes big in our household and, like a good sugar high, takes awhile to come down from. Add to that the fact that we got a Wii and you’ve got a family who’s been steeped in toys for days. My kid’s bedrooms actually looked like Toys-R-Us threw up all over them. But I’m back and so’s Brad and Angie news!

Looks like Brad and Angie did spend Christmas in New Orleans, as they said they would. It also looks like Angie’s cooking skills are definitely in question (she’s never denied that she can’t cook), as the duo were seen taking their kids to McDonalds for Christmas dinner! Now, admittedly, this is the first time I’ve seen them take the kids to a fast food restaurant, so I’m sure it was an extra-special treat for everyone.

Then, yesterday, they decided to have even more family time out together, as they took Maddox, Pax, and Zahara out to see the Waterhorse. I love Zahara’s new little ballet dress shoes - too cute! And it looks like Maddox and Pax had some orange vampire teeth - not quite sure where they got those from, but they’re adorable with them!

It looks like Brad and Angie have a new bodyguard? Maybe they have Mr. Hottie Bodyguard a vacation? Hrmm…must research this…

Brad and Angie look as though they’re having a very relaxing holiday vacation! They were spotted on Saturday taking the kids out for another bike ride around the French Quarter, although this time they took all of the kids. Shiloh rode behind Angie, Zahara rode directly behind Brad, and Maddox and Pax were in the chariot carrier. Go a little further down and you’ll see exactly what type of bike/trailer Brad and Angie have purchased.

I’m not sure when they got them, but Brad and Angie have identical Schwinn Cruiser SSX bicycles - they retail at $239 each.

The carrier that Maddox and Pax are in is a Schwinn Mark 2 Bicycle trailer, which ranges from $170 - $220. It also converts into a jogging stroller - it’d be kinda fun to see Brad or Angie taking a walk with the kiddos in the bicycle trailer!

Unless something interesting pops up, I probably won’t see you guys until after the holidays, so have a wonderful holiday season!

I just posted how Brad and Angie became angels to a florist in need, and now I’ve discovered how Brad spent his birthday!

I said before that I hoped that Brad could spend a relaxing day with his family, and apparently he did! Brad and Angie took Zahara and Maddox on a bicycle ride! The crew rode around New Orleans on Tuesday. That same day, a Christmas tree was delivered to the New Orleans house! There had been rumors about the crew spending Christmas in New Orleans, and now the rumors have been substantiated!

Later, Brad and Angie left the kids with their caretakers and took a walk around the French Quarter. They even stopped Harry’s Corner Tavern and Santa’s Quarters! The two look as though they really enjoyed their day, and it looks like Brad had a great birthday!!

A few days ago it was announced that Angelina Jolie is in the running for Best Performance by an Actress is a Drama Motion Picture. The other ladies up for the award are: Cate Blanchett (Elizabeth: The Golden Age), Julie Christie (Away From Her), Jodie Foster (The Brave One), and Keira Knightley (Atonement).

And while Angie’s waiting for her award, Shiloh’s already won one! Shiloh was listed as the most influential baby in Hollywood! The magazine looked at the media coverage that all of the children under the age of 5 had under their belt and made their decision based on that. Next on the list was Suri Cruise in 2nd place, followed by Zahara in third, Sean Preston Federline in fourth, and Pax in fifth.

Forbes states that, over the course of this last year, Shiloh showed up in over 2,000 articles! I’m not surprised, but I’ll almost guarantee that, as the children get older, Zahara and Pax will be just as talked about as Shiloh!

Maddox was not on the list because he’s six and they stopped at the age of five.

I saw a US Weekly cover (at least I think it was US Weekly - all the gossip rags look slightly alike to me) that was promoting the “life of Hollywood children” and had Violet Afflect, Suri Cruise, and Shiloh on the cover. A few weeks ago I saw a similar type of show - “famous Hollywood children” (or something like that) on VH1. Again, it talked about Shiloh and said next to nothing about the other three children gracing the Pitt-Jolie household.

This annoys me to no living end! The media is treating Shiloh like she’s the only child in the Jolie-Pitt household just because she’s their only biological child. We all know that Angie and Brad treat all four of their children equally - if anything, we’ve seen them out and about more with Maddox, trying, in a way, I’m sure, to make him feel a little more special since he went from being a single child to a child with three other siblings in a relatively short time.

The media needs to wake up and realize that Maddox, Pax, and Zahara are all children of Angie and Brad too - and that they’ll all grow up with the same priveledges.

There has been a lot of talk lately about Zahara - some people are saying that she was adopted illegally and that her biological mother did not die of AIDS, as the biological grandmother claimed during the adoption process.

A woman named Mentwabe Dawit has come forward and claimed that she is Zahara’s biological mother. She told reporters the story of how she was raped one evening when she walked home from her job at a construction site.

“He pulled a dagger, put one hand on my mouth, so that I could not scream. He then raped me and disappeared.”

She did not tell anyone about the pregnancy until she was unable to hide it any longer. Zahara was born on the dirt floor of her mother’s home and was immediately named Yemsrach, which means Good News. She says that she tried to take care of Yemsrach, but that she was unable to feed her, and that she became so malnurished she was unable to even cry.

In desperation, Mentwabe ran away. She says she couldn’t bear to see her daughter die.

Her mother looked for Mentwabe but was unable to find her, so she put the infant up for adoption. Yemsrach was adopted by Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt and was re-named Zahara.

Mentwabe swears that she’s never wanted Zahara back, and that she believes that Angelina is a better mother than she could be. She says she feels grateful that Angelina adopted her daughter.

“I think my daughter is a very fortunate human being to be adopted by a world famous lady. I wish them both all the success they deserve.”

She has also said that one day, when Zahara is grown, she would like to meet her, to explain why she was put up for adoption.

In this video, Mentwabe speaks with British reporters and denounces that she’s ever tried to get Zahara back.

First of all - HAPPY HALLOWEEN! I hope Maddox, Pax, Zahara and Shiloh get to enjoy trick-or-treating tonight! Well, Shiloh may be a bit young, but she can still enjoy the hype and excitement of getting dressed up to go out! Now, for the story of the day, I give you a moron:

But why is Barack Obama a moron? I assure you, I will NEVER bring my political beliefs onto this blog - this actually has to do with Brad! According to X17online, Brad called “Obama’s people” and offered to lend his support to Barack’s campaign. A few side notes here: first of all, according to X17, Barack’s campaign is 30 points behind Hilary Clinton’s campaign. Secondly, there have been a number of times that Brad and Angie have made it clear that they have lively, active political discussions, so it makes sense that Brad would want to throw his hat in somewhere.

Apparently Mr. Obama’s staff DECLINED THE OFFER!! They said that Brad was “too Hollywood” for Barack’s campaign!!

I’m not going to bring my beliefs in here and say that one should win over the other - what I WILL say is that Obama’s people are morons if they turned Brad down. Brad and Angie are two of the most socially and politically active Hollywood types that there are. In actuality, they’re probably two of the most non-Hollywood types that there are!!

Let me put my fortune teller Halloween costume on here -

I see - I see - I see Obama’s campaign manager never getting another political gig again.

My daughter, Babygirl, is 3 1/2 (going on 16 LOL). She goes to preschool four days a week for 2 1/2 hours. There are 7 other children in her class, and out of those seven, over half of the parents are constantly rushing. I caught one parent this morning rushing her son in. This is EXACTLY what I heard:

“Move outta the way!” (when I was walking down the hallway - she pushed her son to the side to give me room, even though I wasn’t in a hurry).

“Come on - get in there so I can leave.”

Another mother I saw last week hustled two girls (she picks one up to help another mother) into the bathroom and said: “Hurry up girls - David* is sleeping in the car.”

Then, the same woman said a few days later - “Hurry up girls - HURRY - I’ve got a doctor’s appt. Get going.”

One mother has her son strapped into the FRONT SEAT (he’s 4), when she’s got a mini-van.

These mothers drive me crazy! Now, I’m not June Cleaver, but I don’t rush or snap at my kids when I’m dropping them off, and I don’t let them ride in the front of the van. Some parents honestly drive me crazy, and I have to give props to the teachers in the preschool for being able to ignore some of the small things and focusing on the big things.

Look at how busy Brad and Angie are. Yet never once do you see them rushing their children or snapping at them in public. There seriously are very few families that are as busy as this celebrity couple is and yet they’re doing an amazing job taking care of their chidlren. I may disagree with moving Maddox from school to school, but I can’t disagree with the rest of the ways that these parents are showing how important their family is.

*not his real name - he’s about 18 months old and she leaves him alone in the car (while it’s RUNNING) - ARGH!

Apparently a therapist beleives that Brad and Angie are putting their children in danger due to their jet-setting ways. X17 is reporting a story (found HERE) that states that a therapist has spoken out to the New York Post saying that Brad and Angie are not creating a stable enviornment by trotting around the globe as much as they do.

Let’s look at this: In less than a year, they have lived in New Orleans, Berlin, Paris, Namibia, New York, and L.A. That’s averaging moving to a new place every 2 months. That’s a LOT of moving around! And that doesn’t include the little side-trips that are taken here and there.

I do believe that the children are in excellent care, but I’ve raised questions before about how this lifestyle is going to affect the children. It also looks as though Angie has changed her mind, because when they moved to New Orleans she said that she was going to take a year or so off so that she could enjoy “just being a mom”. That lasted for less than two months before she was working again.

A lot of supporters have said that, “Army brats do it all the time”. Most army brats move frequently, but every two months? Also, most army brats say how much they HATED being army brats.

It’s really none of our business how they raise their children, but I do wish I had a crystal ball so that I could see what the children would be like in the future!!

I feel like I’m doing one of those shows on Maury. “Does she look like that man?” It’s pretty obvious that Shiloh is daddy’s spitting image! She’s got daddy’s eyes, his nose, and (I think) his hair. We all thought she’d look like her mommy in those first few months because of her gorgeous lips, but now she looks more like daddy!

What do you think it’s like being in their household? Do you think the other kids get upset about the fact that Shiloh looks like Brad? I’m positive that Brad and Angie treat them all the same, but chilren that are adopted know that they are different. I’m a licensed foster/adoptive parent, and there area lot of things that you have to learn before adopting, especially before adopting someone from a different country. They may know that mommy and daddy love them all the same, but inside, at some point, they may resent that Shiloh looks like her parents when the rest of them don’t.

And I feel bad for Maddox. He went from being an only child with one parent, to having a dad and being a big brother to THREE younger siblings in around a year. That’s a lot of change for a little tyke. They all look happily adjusted, but it’s got to be a daily struggle with Brad and Angie and the other care takers to make sure that everyone has all the love, attention, and support that they need.

Yesterday I posted that Brad and Angie took Maddox and Pax on a helicopter ride. I lied! Apparently they actually took Maddox and Zahara! These pics surfaced over on Just Jared of Brad holding Zahara - oh too cute!! Looks like someone got tuckered out during the helicopter ride! I love her little white blanket. Brad looks a bit steamed at the paparazzi, which makes sense!

Brad and Angie took all four of the kiddos to Kidville. Kidville is billed as “The Fun Place for Little Big City People”. It has four New York locations. The location Brad and Angie took the kids to is the Upper West Side. This Kidville location has a rooftop playground that is open all year round. From the looks of the drink Maddox is holding, I’m betting that they ate at the Kidville cafe, as well!

It definitely looks like the family had a great time! I’m glad they were able to spend some quality time together! And, I have to laugh, once again, Shiloh’s in white! This time, so is Zahara, Angie and Brad! This family apparently loves white!
