Weekend Update
Well, I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! I know I ate far, FAR too much turkey and mashed potatoes - but it was worth it! Even more enjoyable, I believe, was watching my husband and two kids try to make brownies without my help…they actually turned out okay!! (he’s not a cook)
Looks like Angie, however, was back at work shortly after Thanksgiving. Here’s a quickie shot of her working on the Changeling (I’m actually getting so hyped to see this movie!). Oh! And I got some work done too…I checked out Ocean’s Thirteen! I’ll have my review of that later this morning.
And apparently Angie is one of Entertainment Weekly’s top 25 Entertainer’s of the year! Here’s a piece of what they had to say:
Angelina Jolie is currently fulfilling fanboy fantasies in Beowulf with her role as Grendel’s mom. Grendel’s naked mom. In digital 3-D, no less. But energizing her base is hardly the 32-year-old actress’ only accomplishment this year. In A Mighty Heart, Jolie strapped on a prosthetic pregnancy belly, donned a curly wig, and delivered the sort of heart-wrenching turn that reminded audiences why she won that Academy Award (for 1999’s Girl, Interrupted ) in the first place. In other words, she acted.
